Groups of young people (under 30 years old) are not accepted. The building "Bitácora" is located in the centre of Xeraco beach, 45 m. from the beach. It consists of seven floors with lift, swimming pool and garage. The flat is situated on the fourth floor, it has three double bedrooms, a complete bathroom, a shower-room, independent kitchen with gallery, living-dining room and large terrace with awning and south facing with good sea views and unbeatable access to the beach. Close to supermarket, restaurant, shops, pharmacy and medical centre.

Equipped with everything necessary for cooking and table setting, bed linen and towels. They have TV, washing machine, microwave and offers WIFI service.

A pressure cooker, blender and electric toaster are not standard, so if any of these are essential, don't forget to bring them!

Capacity 6/7 people. Groups of young people are not allowed. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

At the collection of the keys you will have to pay a deposit of 150 € to cover possible damages, which will be returned when the keys are returned after the flat has been checked.

The Xeraco Town Hall offers and manages a free public WIFI service along the entire Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside the flats).

The Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlours, supermarkets, newspapers, pharmacy, and many other services.
