De woning zit tussen goed en gemiddeld in. Het was schoon. De meeste bedden hadden een prima matras. De inboedel van de keuken was een allegaartje, geen aansteker en maar 2 borrelglaasjes maar met hulp van de sleutel dame was dit snel verholpen.
