You live in a 108 m² holiday flat,
which is lovingly furnished in a bright country house style.
The flat has 2 separate bedrooms,
spacious living room, kitchen with dining area and
bathroom as well as an inside, wind-protected balcony.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, microwave and oven combination, as well as crockery.
Towels and bed linen are of course provided for you.
Free WiFi for surfing the Internet.
Our house is a non-smoking house.
Pets are not allowed.
Allergy-friendly.
Here you live in a 108 square metre, traditional and with great attention to detail furnished holiday flat. The holiday flat has two separate bedrooms, a kitchen with sitting area, spacious living room, bathroom and an inward-facing open balcony.
The former farmhouse has been completely renovated. We have retained the original character of the farmhouse, and so, for example, exposed half-timbered walls were created. We gave the old panelling in the living room and bedroom a new shine with a simple coat of paint.
The wooden walls were left exposed. The flat is very cosy, rustic and unique thanks to the attention to detail. It has been lovingly furnished and is therefore something very special for some guests!
The traditional, slightly lower room heights in the former farmhouse create a cosy living atmosphere.
Pets:
Due to our solid wood furniture and out of consideration for our next guests, we do not accommodate pets, smoking is also not permitted in our holiday flat.
Parking spaces are available directly in front of the house. A storage room for ski & bike equipment can be found in the basement of the house.
Our house is an ideal starting point for hikes, walks and bike tours. Access to cross-country ski trails is in the immediate vicinity. A bus stop is located in the immediate vicinity of our beautiful country house.
You will find shopping facilities in the neighbouring village of Altstädten, 1.5 km away, or in Sonthofen (approx. 3 km)
Our village is supplied with delicious baked goods by the Riedle bakery every day except Sundays and public holidays. You can stock up on delicious baked goods at two times. These are from 6.15 a.m. - 6.30 a.m. and from 8.00 a.m. - 8.15 a.m. The bakery trolley is parked right next to the chapel in Hinang.
Our honey from our own apiary is very popular with our guests.

You are welcome to do your laundry in our country house. The use of the washing machine is 8,- Euro per wash. There is a clothes horse in the holiday flat for hanging up the laundry.

Arrivals and departures: The holiday flat is ready for occupancy from 16.00 on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 09.00 on the day of departure. Payment: The following means of payment are permitted: cash payment on the day of arrival, advance payment by bank transfer. Cancellation: We kindly ask you to take out travel cancellation insurance, as 90% of the total costs will be charged in the event of cancellation. In order to save costs, we ask you to take out insurance.
