You will stay in a lovingly furnished 108 m² holiday apartment, decorated in a bright country house style.
The apartment features 2 separate bedrooms, a spacious living room, a kitchen with a dining area, and a bathroom, as well as a sheltered, wind-protected balcony facing inwards. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, microwave and combination oven, as well as dishes. Towels and bed linen are naturally provided for you. Free Wi-Fi for internet browsing. Our house is a non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed. Allergy-friendly. Here you will stay in a cozy, traditional 108 sqm holiday apartment furnished with great attention to detail.
The holiday apartment has two separate bedrooms, a kitchen with a seating area, a spacious living room, a bathroom, and an open balcony located inwards. The former farmhouse has been completely renovated.
We have retained the original character of the farmhouse, resulting in features such as exposed half-timbered walls.
We have given new life to the old wood paneling in the living room and bedroom with a simple coat of paint. Knitted wooden walls have been exposed.
The apartment is very cozy, rustic, and unique due to its detailed craftsmanship.
It has been furnished with great care and is therefore something very special for many guests! The traditional, slightly lower ceiling heights in the former farmhouse create a cozy living atmosphere. Animals: Due to our solid wood furniture and consideration for our next guests, we do not accommodate pets, and smoking is also not desired in our holiday apartment. Parking spaces are located directly in front of the house.
A storage room for ski and bicycle accessories can be found in the basement of the house. Our house is an ideal starting point for hikes, walks, and bike tours.
Cross-country ski trails are located nearby.
A bus stop is located in direct proximity to our beautiful country house. Shopping facilities can be found in the neighboring village of Altstädten, 1.5 km away, or in Sonthofen (approx. 3 km). Our village is supplied with delicious baked goods daily by the Riedle bakery, except on Sundays, Mondays, and public holidays.
You can stock up on delicious baked goods at two times.
These are from 6:15 AM - 6:30 AM and from 8:00 AM - 8:15 AM. The bakery van is located directly at the chapel in Hinang. Our honey from our own beekeeping is very popular with our guests. We offer herb walks - if you are interested, please feel free to contact us. More information about the village of Hinang and our guesthouse can be found on our homepage. You are welcome to wash your laundry in our country house.
The use of the washing machine costs €8 per wash cycle.
A drying rack for hanging laundry is provided in the holiday apartment. Wi-Fi is available to our guests free of charge. A parking space is available for our guests. Arrival and Departure: The holiday apartment is ready for occupancy from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 9:00 AM on the day of departure.
Payment: The following payment methods are accepted: Cash payment on the day of arrival, advance payment by bank transfer.
Cancellation: We kindly ask you to take out travel cancellation insurance, as in the event of a cancellation of the booking, 90% of the total costs will be charged.
