"L'Auba" is an impressive and unique beachfront apartment with panoramic sea views.
This wonderful summer apartment is located in Playa de Muro, on the beautiful promenade.
It offers a fantastic view of the beautiful Alcudia / Muro bay and the surrounding mountains and has direct access to the sea.
Here, you can enjoy a perfect beach holiday in a prestigious location where the white sandy beach is right in front of your apartment.
The spacious terrace invites you to spend your day relaxing with your favorite book/magazine or to spend the afternoon under the clear sky enjoying the sunset.
On the first floor, you will find a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, as well as three bedrooms and a full bathroom.
Two of the bedrooms have twin beds and one has a double bed and direct access to the terrace with a spectacular sea view.
Upon request, we can provide a crib and a high chair.
The absolute highlight of the apartment is the terrace with the large dining table for six and sea view.
Here you will be able to make the most of the warm Mallorcan evenings, outdoors! The living-dining room is connected to the kitchen, which is equipped with all necessary appliances: refrigerator, electric oven, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, and everything else you might need for your holiday.
For entertainment during your vacation, the villa includes satellite TV and free WiFi connection.
On the ground floor, there is a small private garden where you will find enough space for sun loungers and a barbecue.
On the ground floor, you will find the garage which has a bathroom with a shower tray with access to the beach.
All amenities (supermarkets, restaurants, cafes) are located close to the apartment, so there is no need to rent a car.
A range of top-quality golf courses within a 15-20 minute drive.
L'Auba is a unique and special apartment, ideal for an unforgettable family holiday at a good price, the perfect place to relax and feel the Mediterranean essence.
When booking or wishing to book: Check-in time is after 4:00 PM.
Check-out time is before 10:00 AM.
Changeover day: Saturday during high season (May 19 - September 22).
Included in the price: all utility bills, bed linen, and bath towels; no beach/pool towels.
The eco-tax is not included in the price and works out at €2.20 per person over 16 years old for the first 8 days, after the 8th day it is €1.10 for the remaining days (children under 16 do not pay).
Please note: committed to local incentives to reduce energy saving, all air conditioning units have a timer and are available for up to 12 hours.

The view from the balcony is just wonderful. The location is perfect! There are restaurants nearby, but yet there was no disturbing noise from any of the nearby hotels!

Everything was really great. We loved the place, the yard, the facilities, the kitchen equipment, the sea (which is just few steps from the apartment). The ladies who helped us with cleaning were really nice and hospitable. We appreciate Pietra’s help and concern. Many sweet memories.
