This beautiful vacation home with private pool in Villanueva del Rosario is located in the interior of Andalusia.
The "cortijo" has been restored true to its 150 year old construction and respecting the original aesthetic spaces. Next to the kitchen there is a large separate dining room with fireplace, where up to 12 people can sit and enjoy meals together. On hot summer days you can refresh yourself in the private pool, which is accessible via a staircase and is protected from view from the outside.
The entire outdoor area is spacious and ideal for a stay with pets. The house is an ideal starting point for trips to the popular Spanish cities of Seville, Cordoba or Granada. The temperatures in summer are excellent and the surrounding area invites you to extensive walks at any time of the year.

Hermoso lugar. Es destacable la limpieza y el buen estado en el que se encuentra todo en la casa. Ideal para quedarse muchos días en una zona de mucha paz y a 15 minutos de dos pueblos. Eugenio nos recibió muy amablemente y siempre esta disponible para cualquier duda.Totalmente recomendable.

Le faltan muchos servicios a la casa. No tiene mosquiteras, ni aire acondicionado, ni wifi, ni lavavajillas, un horno muy pequeño, la barbacoa está dentro de la casa, en un lugar donde da el sol, imposible de usar por el calor. El baño de arriba es diminuto, te das con el WC, en las piernas para sal...
