It is a modern, comfortable and charming house facing the sea, located on the shore of the bay of Pollensa, in a quiet area just 10 minutes walk from the beautiful town of Alcudia, where you can enjoy its history, the Roman ruins, walls, its craft market, as well as the extensive Mallorcan gastronomy of its bars and restaurants.


The house, recently refurbished and totally distributed on one floor, has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living-dining room and an excellent terrace with direct access to the beach.



DISTRIBUTION
A large white wooden door gives us access to the beautiful house, in the first instance we find a hall with a sofa, and on the right we have a bathroom with shower and a bedroom. Then we have a large interior terrace with a barbecue where we can enjoy a magnificent dinner. Then we enter the house, an open space where first we find the fully equipped and bright kitchen, then to the left we have the bathroom and the 2 bedrooms, one of them with access to the outside terrace, then the living-dining room, with the sofa, Wi Fi internet and satellite tv. Next to the living room there is a bright window with access to the outdoor terrace where we also have a table to enjoy breakfast while the gentle sea breeze invades us from the beach of Sa Marina.

Note 1. The final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This does not relieve the client of his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable.


Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be 15€ per person per day.

Note 3. Departure from the property is at 10:00. When it is possible to allow a later departure, always subject to availability, the cost will be 90 € until 13:00h. and 160 € until 16:00h.

Note 4. Entrance to the accommodation with our agency staff free of charge until 22:00h, 30 € (22:00-00:00) or 50 € (after 00:00). Option of free autonomous access with staff welcome the next day


Note 5. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is 0.25€/Kw payable on departure.


Note 6 In the Balearic Islands, all hotels/tourist accommodation are obliged to charge guests over 16 years of age the Tourist Tax, which is then paid to the Regional Authorities.
