Villa Destiny is a beautiful spacious villa located in a quiet residential area, close to the centre of Calella.


In 15min walk or 3min drive you reach all amenities: beach, shops, restaurants and supermarkets.



Enjoy the large sandy beach of Calella with numerous beach bars and water sports. For those looking for more secluded beaches, the beautiful coves of Sant Pol de Mar, between rocks and pine trees, are only a 5min drive away.




Barcelona can be easily reached by train from Calella every 30 minutes, or by car (45min).



The house is accessed through the automatic gate where there is outdoor parking space for 3 cars. More cars can be parked on the street in front of the villa.


From here you enter a large space/garage, which has been converted into a dining room with kitchenette. Ideal for the children to play and have a space to themselves, or to have a drink in the evening. In this space there is a full bathroom adapted for disabled people/wheelchairs.



One floor up is the main floor, where you will enter through the large entrance hall. From the hall you enter the lounge with two comfortable sofas and flat screen TV, with direct access to the pool area. On the other side of the hall is the glazed dining area and the large fully fitted modern kitchen. Separate toilet on this floor.

In the garden you can enjoy the private pool, outdoor dining table, barbecue and chill out area. The whole outside area is well kept to enjoy the pool during the day and relax during the warm summer nights.



On the first floor there are four bedrooms and three bathrooms

- Master bedroom (double bed) with en suite bathroom (with bathtub).


- Double bedroom (double bed).

- Double bedroom (two single beds).

- Double bedroom (two single beds).

- Two further bathrooms (with shower).



On the first floor there are three further double bedrooms, each with double bed.

- Laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and iron.




All bedrooms are air-conditioned.
