Villa Alicemar beach is a spectacular property with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. It is a newly built villa where top quality materials have been used, it is located in Puerto de Alcudia just 50 meters from some of the best beaches in the world.



It is fully equipped and tastefully furnished, it is very bright, modern and with high ceilings. The house has everything you need for a pleasant holiday, WIFI, air conditioning throughout the property and private pool of 5mx2.5m.


The villa is located 50m from the sea, can accommodate up to 6 people. The beach area, shops, restaurants, supermarkets ... are within walking distance of the house. Outside we find a porch equipped with dining furniture, a perfect area for dining "al fresco", next to the porch is the barbecue and swimming pool with sun loungers.



Distribution
On the ground floor there is a comfortable living room surrounded by large windows that open onto the pool. It has a comfortable sofa, dining table for 6 people, TV, internet and sound system. The kitchen is furnished and equipped with high quality fittings. Next to the staircase there is a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with a trundle bed.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one of them with a double bed of 180 x 200 cm with an open bathroom en suite and access to the terrace with sea views, the third bedroom has two single beds of 90 x 200 cm and a bathroom with a separate shower.

Outside there is a swimming pool with barbecue, surrounded by a solarium and sun loungers for sunbathing.

Note 1. The final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This does not relieve the client of his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable.


Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be 15€ per person per day.


Note 3. When it is possible to allow a later departure, always subject to availability, the cost will be 90 € until 13:00h. and 160 € until 16:00h.

Note 4. Entrance to the accommodation with our agency staff free of charge until 22:00h, 30 € (22:00-00:00) or 50 € (after 00:00). Option of free autonomous access with staff welcome the next day


Note 5. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is 0,25 €/Kw - to be paid on departure.


Note 6. In the Balearic Islands, all hotels/tourist accommodation are obliged to charge guests over 16 years of age the Tourist Tax, which is then paid to the Regional Authorities.
