Sa Canova d'Ariany is a wonderful newly built villa, offering all the amenities of a modern villa in a rustic setting, surrounded by fruit trees, where you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the area.
It is located 5 minutes from the village of Ariany and a 20-minute drive from the beach of Can Picafort, factors that will allow you to enjoy a wonderful holiday in a tranquil area while still being relatively close to the hustle and bustle of the coastal region.
The Villa is very spacious, both inside the house and in the pool and outdoor areas.
It has 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, and one with a bathtub.
In the back of the house, there is a fantastic barbecue and a children's play area with a swing and a treehouse, which will delight the little ones, and there is also a ping pong table.
For those who prefer to relax, there are several chill-out areas and also two hammocks under the shade of several trees for enjoying the typical Spanish "siesta".
LAYOUT: The house is all on one level for the comfort of guests.
The entrance to this stone house features a welcoming hall with access to a large living-dining room with 2 sofas, TV, satellite, Wi-Fi... and with access to two terraces and the pool area.
To the right, you will find a large room with 2 single beds of 90x200 cm and a bathroom with a bathtub.
Adjacent to the living room is the spacious, fully equipped kitchen with access to the barbecue and the rear area.
On the left side of the house, there are 3 bedrooms, each with 2 beds of 90x200 cm, and 2 full bathrooms with showers.
Equipment and services: Wi-Fi Internet, Satellite TV, Air conditioning, Heating, High chair, Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer, Iron, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Washing machine, Hair dryer, Pool.
Property fully equipped with bed linen and towels.

The cost is 420 euros.

In properties where an extra bed can be added, subject to availability, the cost will be €15 per person per day.

Wonderful country house, very new with all the comforts. The great pool and the top bbq. Everything is perfect even better than the pictures, it is in a very quiet area and perfect to enjoy a family holidays, the children enjoyed the playground and the little house in the tree. Highly recommended

Absolutely lovely place, my family and I loved it. Very peaceful, beautiful, stylish, clean. We had some kind of BBQ dinner outside on the terrace every day. Place has it all, well equipped kitchen, bathroom had all the necessary little pieces, plenty of towels. We are dreaming of coming back.
