During the day, we are available for any need, and important emergencies are handled at night to ensure guests' peace of mind. – Check-in and check-out are carried out in person by our team, offering a complete introduction to the property, resolving any queries, and handling key handover and collection in person. – Upon booking, the guest will receive access to an online platform where they can easily book activities, boats, bicycles, cars, restaurants, transportation services, and other complementary services, all integrated into the booking confirmation.
House rules and times. – Check-in: from 4:00 PM. – Check-out: until 10:00 AM. – No parties or events allowed. – No pets allowed.

Final cleaning fees are included in the rental price.
This does not exempt the client from their obligation to take care of the property during their stay.
No charges will be made to the deposit as long as the use of the property is reasonable.
Trash must be removed beforehand at the recycling point indicated by the property coordinator.

In accordance with current regulations in the Balearic Islands, all tourist accommodations are required to charge guests over 16 years of age the Tourist Tax, which is subsequently paid to the Regional Authorities.
Note 3.
Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price.
The cost is €0.25 per kWh, payable upon departure.
The meter reading will be taken both on arrival and departure.
Note 4.
In properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and subject to availability, the cost will be €15 per person per day.
Likewise, when possible, a protective pool fence can be added for a cost of €13 per linear meter.

Staying here was such a nice thing. The location is great, the beaches and markets you have just by hand,when you want to have a nice walk in a beautiful scenery of the island - on foot. Apartment is fully equiped and the company is super comunicative and helpful.

This place is a perfect place, while it's just infront of the beach, restaurants and also walking distance to two supermarkets, bus stup only few steps. The property has everything you need - including washing maschine so no need to pack lots of clothes. Thank you Mallorca Holiday Properties for lovely stay! Definitly come back!!!
