The location of the house allows the guests to enjoy an independent house near the sea with all the necessary comforts for a dream holiday. The house has two floors, two large terraces, a ping-pong table and a place to store bicycles, perfect for cyclists.


The house is located very close to the centre and the beach of Can Picafort and the beach of Son Bauló, in a very quiet area.


Layout
The property is built on three levels.

On the ground floor there is an area perfect for storing bicycles or beach games, as well as a ping-pong table.

On the first floor, you can find a large area with a dining area for six people, sofa and a Smart TV, a beautiful terrace with garden furniture, ideal for relaxing at sunset. On the left area we have a newly renovated bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen and a large terrace with outdoor table and BBQ.


Upstairs there are three bedrooms, one with a king size bed, the second with a double bed and the third with two single beds. Finally, a newly renovated bathroom.

Note 1. The final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This does not release the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable.

Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and subject to availability, the cost will be 15€ per person per day.

Note 3. Where late check-out is possible, subject to availability, the cost will be 50€ until 13:00 and 90€ until 16:00.

Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is 0.25€/Kw to be paid on departure.
