During the day, we are available for any needs, and at night, important emergencies are attended to ensure guest peace of mind. – Check-in and check-out are carried out in person by our team, offering a complete introduction to the property, resolving any queries, and handing over the keys in person. – Upon making the reservation, the guest will receive access to an online platform where they can easily book activities, boats, bicycles, cars, restaurants, transportation services, and other complementary services, all integrated into the reservation confirmation. In accordance with current regulations in the Balearic Islands, all tourist accommodations are required to charge guests over 16 years of age the Tourist Tax, which is subsequently paid to the Regional Authorities. Note 3.
Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price.
The cost is €0.25 per kWh, to be paid upon departure.
The reading will be taken from the meter upon both entry and exit. Note 4.
In properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be €15 per person per day.
Likewise, when possible, a protective fence for the pool can be added for a cost of €13 per linear meter.

Die Villa ist sehr groß und super gut durchdacht. Das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt und toll angelegt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, außer die Geschirrtücher waren nicht so toll und sollten verbessert werden.
Es war eigentlich fast perfekt. Einziges Mankow die Hellhörigkeit! Ohne Auto ist es sehr abgelegen.

Kælderværelserne, især det med 2 enkelte senge, har et meget lille vindue, føles som et kammer. Ingen wifi i den afdeling - dårligt

Check in was late.The kitchen is well equipped with tableware, cutlery, pots, pans and all appliances worked well.Cleaning products were not provided and there were no oven gloves.
