Villa Es Moli is located in Santa Margalida (north of Mallorca). Ideal for those who wish to enjoy the tranquility, as it is located in a rural area very close to the sea.

The house was an old typical Mallorcan mill, it has a sunny swimming pool and a private garden. It has sunbeds, sunshade and a beautiful terrace with mountain views.

The house has a living room with satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed. In the spacious living room there is a large sofa-bed.

Among other things, there is a washing machine, iron, microwave and toaster.



Note 1. This does not relieve the client of his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable.


Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be 15€ per person per day.

Note 3. Departure from the property is at 10:00. When it is possible to allow a later departure, always subject to availability, the cost will be 90 € until 13:00h. and 160 € until 16:00h.

Note 4. Entrance to the accommodation with our agency staff free of charge until 22:00h, 30 € (22:00-00:00) or 50 € (after 00:00). Option of free autonomous access with staff welcome the next day


Note 5. Please note that a security deposit of 300 EUR in cash will be required to cover any potential damage to the property and energy consumption (0.30 € / Kw). The deposit minus the amount of energy consumption will be returned to the tenant after the departure inspection if no damage to the property beyond normal wear and tear is observed.


Note 6. In the Balearic Islands, all hotels/tourist accommodations are required to charge guests over 16 years of age the Tourist Tax, which is then paid to the Regional Authorities.
