Villa Margot is a typical Mediterranean house located in a quiet residential area, just 1 km from the beach and the centre of Calella.
The house is set on a large plot of 3200m2, where you can enjoy the large garden. Ideal for families with children (and pets)!
Great outdoor garden with covered terrace with outdoor dining table, barbecue area and playground with swing and slide.
Down the garden you will find the private swimming pool (renovated in 2022) with sun loungers area.
On the ground floor is the living room with dining table, sofa, TV and air conditioning. Fully equipped kitchen with another dining area.
Both the living room and the kitchen have direct access to the garden and the porch.
Separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
One quadruple bedroom (2 single beds that can be joined together + a double sofa bed) with ceiling fan. This room has direct access to the garden, ideal for children.
Separate WC with washbasin.
On the first floor there are 5 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, all rooms have access to a balcony.
