This authentic old fisherman's house is located in the center of Tossa de Mar. The house is very well situated, just outside the old city walls, only 100m from the beach.

Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The rental includes a private parking space in a garage just a 1-minute walk from the cottage.

You will have an assigned space for your entire stay. This charming cottage has been recently redecorated with taste. On the ground floor, you will find the entrance and the living room with a Smart TV to connect to Netflix, YouTube, etc. Fully equipped kitchen.

Guest toilet. On the first floor, there is the master bedroom with a double bed and a full bathroom with a bathtub. Second bedroom with a trundle bed (2 single beds).

From this room, there is a staircase leading to the second floor, where the third bedroom with 2 single beds is located. Wifi included. Tossa de Mar is a very pleasant and quiet fishing village that mainly attracts families. Many water sports activities are available and numerous quality restaurants, from tapas to fresh fish. * One set of bath towels per person is included. * Unfortunately, we do not accept groups of young people at this property.

The minimum age is 28 years. * Access to the third bedroom is through the second. * The bathroom is en-suite within the master bedroom.
