This authentic old fisherman's house is located in the heart of Tossa de Mar, just 100 meters from the beach and a short walk from restaurants and shops.
Situated just outside the historic city walls, it offers the perfect blend of comfort, location, and traditional charm. PARKING The rental includes a private parking space in a garage just a 1-minute walk from the house, with an assigned spot for your entire stay. LAYOUT Ground floor: Upon entering, you will find the living room, equipped with air conditioning and a Smart TV to connect to Netflix, YouTube, and other platforms. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a washing machine.
There is also a guest toilet on this floor. First floor: Here you will find the master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.
Air conditioning. The second bedroom has a trundle bed (two single beds) and connects via a staircase to the third bedroom, located on the upper floor, with two single beds.
The third bedroom also has air conditioning. Het huis lag op een perfecte ligging dicht bij alles in de buurt en de parkeerplaats was heel erg fijn en dichtbij
Toch wel erg rumoerig (voornamelijk in het weekend) en het ophalen van de grote afvalbakken voor de deur in de nacht was wel echt heel erg veel lawaai.

Allotjament ideal per passar-hi uns dies amb amics i/o familia. Els adolescents de la casa han gaudit amb l'habitació a les golfes. Ubicació ideal, ben apropet de la muralla i en canvi un carrer força tranquil. La Melanie sempre atenta, ens ha atès i resolt dubtes.
