Beautiful villa with fantastic views of the Mediterranean Sea and botanical gardens.
Situated in the quiet residential area of Cala de Santa Cristina, close to Blanes. The beach is a 10 minute walk from the house.
At street level there is a garage with automatic door for 1 car.
At an upper level you will find a large terrace, ideal as a play area for children. Then you will find the private pool terrace with sun loungers and parasol.
The villa has a large living room with a comfortable sitting area, dining table and sliding doors to the terrace with stunning sea views. The terrace surrounding the house has parasols and lounge chairs. Also on this floor is the fully equipped kitchen with exit to another terrace with garden furniture, a parasol and a Weber barbecue.
2 double bedrooms share a bathroom with shower.
The master bedroom is located on an upper floor. It has fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with shower. This room has sea views from a private balcony with sun loungers.
A staircase leads to the top floor where there is a 4th bedroom with 2 beds, and a third folding bed. Third bathroom with shower.

Wunderschöne Villa, toller Meerblick von der Terrasse. Sehr ruhig, kaum Verkehr. Nicht weit zum Strand.
Abends keine Sonne mehr auf der Terrasse und Pool.

Le descriptif de l’annonce correspond bien à la maison. Les procédures d’entrée et sortie sont très simples. Nous avons passé une belle semaine. La vue est magnifique, la plage est à environ 10 min à pied. Petit point négatif, le réseau Wifi est très limité au sein de la maison.

Nydelig beliggenhet. Huset var helt fantastisk. Nydelig plass, flott innredet, eget basseng med flotte solsenger og ett rundt bord ute på terrassen hvor vi kunne nyte frokost hver morgen. Vi har kjempeheldige med været og hadde det helt fantastisk. Rolig nabolag, men ikke for langt inn til sentrum med butikker, restauranter og alt du trenger.
