Villa Calamar is located only 400m from the beautiful beaches of Cala Santa Cristina and Cala Treumal; 10 minutes walk or 2 minutes by car!



The house is accessed from the upper floor. From here you have access to the private roof terrace with a large terrace and fabulous views of the Mediterranean.



One level down is a separate toilet, the living room with fireplace, dining area and smart TV with Netflix account included. Separate fully equipped kitchen. Both the living room and kitchen have access to the covered terrace with outdoor dining table, lounge corner, gas BBQ and stunning sea views! There is also a laundry room with washing machine.


From the hallway you have access to 2 large double/triple bedrooms and a full bathroom with bathtub.



One level down is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (with shower). A further 2 double bedrooms sharing a bathroom (with shower). These 3 bedrooms have sliding doors with access to the adjacent terrace from which you reach the private swimming pool (8x4 meters) and sun terrace with 6 sun loungers. The 4th bedroom has an en-suite bathroom (with shower).


All bedrooms have blinds.



The private pool has a semi-saline water system. This means it is soft water, no chlorine and prevents red-eye!



Private parking for 1 or 2 cars. Parking is also possible on the street in front of the house.
