Villa El Olivo is located in the beautiful high standing residential bay of Cala Sant Francesc in Blanes, Costa Brava.
The villa is situated on a flat plot, where you can enjoy the private garden with idyllic atmosphere, pool area, terrace, kitchen and living room, all on the same level! Ideal for families with children who want to be close to the beach, and also enjoy the private pool and garden.
The beach is only 300 meters away, a 10 minutes walk or 2 minutes drive. You can park your car free of charge in the private parking for owners near the beach. The beach has a restaurant, showers, water activities and lifeguard.
The house is accessed from the upper floor. Park your car on the property through an automated gate.
On this floor is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (with shower), air conditioning and access to the balcony.
Second bedroom with twin beds, air conditioning and access to the balcony with beautiful sea views!
Third bedroom with 2 single beds (this is the only bedroom without air conditioning).

On the ground floor is the living room with fireplace, TV, several sitting areas and sliding doors with direct access to the terrace and garden.Covered terrace with outdoor dining table. Private swimming pool with sun loungers.Table tennis table.

Lovely villa which is well furnished and with a well equipped kitchen. Plenty of room for 2 families. The garden is nice with wonderful sea view. Walking distance to the beach. Great location only 1 hour drive from Barcelona Airport. The staff are very welcoming and great communication. We enjoyed our stay very much.
