The villa is fully equipped with air conditioning in all rooms and a lift connecting all three floors, including the pool area, making it wheelchair accessible.



From the elegant entrance hall, you will access a tastefully decorated living room with a dining table and direct exit to the terrace which features an outdoor dining table, awnings and stunning sea views. The living room includes a 52" Smart TV with Netflix account included. On the terrace you will find a built-in barbecue, ideal for al fresco dining.



The kitchen is fully equipped with all the latest appliances, including an automatic coffee machine with instant bean grinder, as well as a Nespresso coffee machine.

A connected storage room houses a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a separate toilet on this floor.

During your stay you will have access to the private bay club, which includes a large swimming pool, a children's pool, a tennis court, a bar and a children's playground. You will also receive a remote control for free parking in the private car park near the beach.



The beautiful beach of Cala Sant Francesc is just a 15-minute walk or 2-minute drive away, where you can park for free. This sandy beach offers water activities, the charming restaurant "Cala Bona", showers and lifeguard service. Other must-see beaches nearby include Cala Santa Cristina, Cala Treumal, Cala Sa Boadella and Cala Canyelles.
