On the ground floor we find a spacious and bright living-dining room with fireplace and smart TV to be able to connect to your Netflix account. Fully equipped kitchen with dining table. Both the living room and the kitchen have direct access to the garden, swimming pool, barbecue and pergola with outdoor dining area. On this floor there is a complete bathroom with shower.
