Small and cosy old fisherman's house within the walls of the popular town of Tossa de Mar. Only 100m from the beautiful beach and the town centre with its promenade and many shops and restaurants.



The area inside the town walls is pedestrianised so access to the house is on foot. Once you are settled in, you can walk everywhere. If you have a car, there is a private parking space 400m from the house in a covered garage, it is a space for a medium sized car.



The house is accessed via the terrace/patio with outdoor dining table and nice views to the sea and the promenade.

On the ground floor is the living room with TV and dining table. Small renovated and fully equipped kitchen.



On the first floor you will find the bedroom with a double bed. Fully renovated bathroom with shower. Again sea and local views!




Tossa de Mar is a very nice, small and quiet beach destination which attracts mainly families. Many water sports activities and numerous quality restaurants, both tapas and fresh seafood and fish.
