Welcome to the Baltic Sea in beautiful Kühlungsborn! In our holiday apartment "Achter Wieck", completed in 2019, you can relax and unwind in a modern, spacious, yet cozy apartment spread over 2 floors. You are just an 8-minute walk from the Kühlungsborn marina and the beach.

The well-known shopping street with its many restaurants, Strandstraße, is about a 5-minute walk away.

Shops like Netto and Aldi are also within walking distance, as is the nearest bakery.

The famous Molli steam train is about 500 meters away at the Ost station. The apartment welcomes you with plenty of light, wood, and a very large, wood-paneled terrace. We have also placed great emphasis on "breathable" walls, wood sourced according to ecological aspects, and bio-based oils and paints.

If the wind is right, you can hear the sea roaring through the open bedroom windows.

The bedrooms are located on the side of the house facing away from the street. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a double bed on the ground floor and an adjoining bathroom with a bathtub and shower. A staircase leads to the upper floor of the house with a large, modern, and open living-kitchen area of approx. 60 sqm with an adjoining terrace area of approx. 26 sqm (facing Cubanzestraße).

A 60-inch screen and free Wi-Fi are available. There is also another bathroom with a walk-in shower and a sauna (for 2-3 people).

After your sauna session, you can relax on the adjacent terrace in the fresh air. Due to the spatial separation of the two bedrooms across 2 levels, couples or parents with older children, for example, can enjoy a relaxed holiday.

Both bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom. All rooms are equipped with tiles and underfloor heating.

Furthermore, all windows have pleated blinds (bedrooms with blackout features). A bicycle rack is available on the rear, non-visible property; guests are responsible for securing their bikes.

We offer a lockable shed. You can park at the house (you will walk up a small flight of stairs approx. 25 meters to the front door).

Due to its 2-level layout with no additional floor above, the apartment has more the character of a semi-detached house.

In this part of the building, there is only one other adjacent holiday apartment with its own entrance. We look forward to being your hosts! Bed linen can be booked for an additional charge of 25 Euros per person.
