For a vacation full of sun, relaxation and lively nightlife, the seaside resort of Viareggio awaits you in this beautiful townhouse, just steps from the beach of Versilia.
The location allows you to easily reach every point of the town: the seafront full of designer stores, restaurants, bathing facilities and the long pier from where ferries leave for the beautiful Cinque Terre area.
About 500 meters from the vacation home you can walk in the cool pine forest, where you can rent bicycles.
Viareggio is also famous for its carnival; during the summer visitors can admire the beautiful works in papier-mâché in the "Cittadella del Carnevale", which in summer becomes an arena for great shows.
Only 30 km from Lucca, the city of 100 churches, famous for its intact city walls, where in summer numerous events take place such as the Lucca Summer Festival with internationally known artists, and the Lucca Comix, the second largest fair in the world for comics and video games, held in the last days of October to early November. 9 km Torre del Lago, hometown of the famous composer Giacomo Puccini, where the Puccini Festival is held in the summer in the large open-air theater; Another activity you can enjoy here is a tour of the lake by boat.

Very nice, large apartment, good location, only a short walk to the promenade or the train station. Small shops close by so if you need something and a larger store only about a 15 min walk away.
The owner was very nice and meet us at the apartment even though we arrived late.

Sehr schöne Wohnung für max. 6 Personen, äußerst freundlicher Vermieter, ruhige Lage, Einkaufsmöglichkeit sehr nahe (15 Meter). 500 Meter tum Strand, 50 Meter zum Restaurant. unbedingt vorreservieren, da die Einheimischen dort essen !
