The flat has 2 bedrooms and capacity for 4 people. It is a cosy and fully equipped accommodation of 80 m². It faces south and is very sunny.

Arriving at the first floor, we have the fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. In the same space we have the dining and living room with a TV, DVD player and satellite receiver. On this floor we also have a bedroom and bathroom with bath.

On the second floor there is a further bedroom and a bathroom equipped with shower.

The whole villa is air-conditioned.

The terrace, on the second floor, has a stunning view and there you will find table and chairs to enjoy a relaxing moment. On this terrace there is also a barbecue where you can do some healthy grilling every day.
