Casa a 4 vents,tranquila, tot a peu pla. Es pot fer ús de barbacoa i hi ha taules per menjar fora amb bon temps. Llenya sense problemes. Espais amplis i còmodes. Llar de foc central. Calefacció bona.Nevera gran.
Manteniment de panys de portes, llum de peu sense funcionar, falta bombeta al bany, algun estri més de cuina ( pots de diferents mides,balança,...). Millorar la informació d'entrada i sortida.Porta d'entrada molt poc eficient tèrmicament. Fanals exteriors alguns fallen.
