This luxury villa suitable for 12 people, decorated with exquisite taste and exceptionally spacious, is surrounded by farmland.



We highlight its heated salt chlorination swimming pool and independent barbecue area protected by an excellent pergola lined with natural wood, you can have the best barbecues with your family and always having the little ones in sight.



The entrance to the Villa has direct road access to the entrance of the accommodation. There is enough space to park 6 standard vehicles without any problem of space.



The main entrance, covered with a small porch lined with wood and outdoor furniture, will also serve you to have a pleasant rest or have a tea in peace.



The distribution of the house is as follows

From the entrance hall to the left we find a luxurious living room with fireplace. Next to it is a beautiful kitchen with wooden furniture equipped with absolutely everything you need: fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, gas cooker, kitchenware for all travellers.



From the kitchen you have access to an interior patio and the laundry area where you can find the washing machine and dryer to have your clothes ready during your stay.



Going back to the hall to the right we have the main double bedroom of the house, this bedroom is equipped with its own television.




On the ground floor, we also have a shower room.



Going up to the first floor of the accommodation we have 4 bedrooms, 3 of them with double bed and balcony and one of them with two single beds.



On this floor we also have a large and luxurious bathroom with jacuzzi bath, shower tray and towel dryer.



Also on this floor we find a fabulous terrace to enjoy a good breakfast thanks to its modern and large table.



Going up to the first floor we find a large room where you can meet with everyone, or just relax. This room has a sofa bed that completes the rest of the twelve people in the accommodation. It has two large terraces where you can enjoy fantastic views.




The accommodation has air conditioning throughout the accommodation and fibre optic internet.



The accommodation has intercoms on all floors to be communicated between floors and different spaces.



For heating the house has heat pumps and cooker -- THERE IS THE OPTION OF USING THE CENTRAL HEATING BY RADIATORS WITH A PRICE SUPPLEMENT

- The swimming pool will be heated to 28°C from 01/10 to 30/04


- Supplement for use of the heated pool: €60.00 per day

- From 01/10 to 30/04 the pool is always heated, if the supplement is not paid, the pool will remain closed and cannot be used

- The heated pool can only be hired for the entire stay.


- Please inform us before your arrival if you wish to hire it.

- Pets are not allowed

- Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation

- The outside areas (gardens, swimming pool, etc) are maintained weekly. The traveller will be called the day before.






Please note that to stay at this property a deposit is required to be held or paid before the keys are handed over.

The deposit will be released or refunded after your stay.
