Enjoy a heated saltwater pool, ideal for refreshing yourself year-round (from October 1st to April 30th with a supplement), and a separate barbecue area under a natural wood pergola for unforgettable family moments while keeping an eye on the little ones. Although you will enjoy complete privacy, please note that the owner lives nearby and can assist you quickly should any need arise during your stay. Access is convenient and direct by road, with parking space for up to 6 standard vehicles without any issues.
The main entrance features a charming wooden porch with outdoor furniture, perfect for relaxing or enjoying a quiet tea. From the hall, to the left, you will find a luxurious living and dining room with a fireplace, connected to a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances (refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle) and utensils for everyone.
The kitchen provides access to an interior patio and a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer. Layout and Amenities To the right of the hall is the master bedroom with a double bed and its own television.
On the ground floor, there is also a toilet with a shower. The first floor has four bedrooms: three with double beds and balconies, and one with two single beds.
Here you will also find a luxurious bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, a shower tray, and a towel dryer.

Piękna Villa z widokiem na góry oraz pobliską miejscowość, położona na wsi, a jednocześnie bardzo blisko Malagi. Rewelacyjne miejsce na spędzenie czasu w 8-12-osobowej grupie. Przemiły właściciel, który zawsze służy pomocą.

Formidable accueil du propriétaire qui vit juste à côté. La maison est très grande, bien équipée et le jardin est fantastique. Nous nous sommes régalés de jus d'orange frais ! A la campagne tout en étant à proximité de la ville (20' en voiture de Malaga).
L'aéroport étant à quelques kilomètres, les avions passent au dessus de la maison ...
