Solmar II is a low-rise residential complex of 20 apartments spread over three floors (no elevator), featuring low density, family-friendly, and modern design.
It boasts 1,000 m² of gardens, a swimming pool, and underground parking.
Located just 40 meters from the beach, the apartments offer spacious east-facing terraces with views of the pool and garden areas.
All apartments are equipped with a washing machine, microwave, and TV. This 2nd-floor apartment features two double bedrooms, a full bathroom, a shower room, a kitchen with a breakfast bar, a laundry gallery, a living-dining room, and a terrace.
Garage and WIFI service are included in the price. The apartment is equipped with bed linen and towels, and everything needed for cooking and setting the table. Capacity for 4/5 people. GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE (under thirty years old) ARE NOT ALLOWED. PETS ARE ALLOWED with a maximum weight of 10 kilos (7€/night). Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bath towel/person, 2 hand towels/bathroom). This includes a linen change every two weeks.
We recommend bringing a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/essentials.
A pressure cooker, blender, toaster, or hairdryer are not standard amenities.
If any of these are essential for you, don't forget to bring them! Key collection will take place at our offices, located at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 PM onwards.
Key collection outside office hours is possible if requested in advance and the deposit has been paid beforehand.
Check-out and vacating the accommodation must be done before 10:00 AM. Keys can be left inside the accommodation upon prior consultation, or returned to our offices.
Upon arrival, you will have two options to cover potential damages: either pay a €150 deposit, which will be refunded after the apartment inspection, or purchase non-refundable accidental damage waiver (insurance) for €28. Xeraco Town Hall offers and manages a free public WIFI service along the entire Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside the apartments). Xeraco beach offers lifeguard services during high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, newsstands, a pharmacy, and many other services.
The entry slope into the water is gentle, ideal for children and seniors.
It is a very family-friendly beach with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes.
During the low season, we recommend having access to a vehicle to explore the region, which offers many worthwhile cultural and gastronomic attractions.
There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and through the marshlands.
The latter are very popular among ornithologists.
L’Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, is a unique experience for visitors due to its environmental and ecological importance, where birds nest and native plants are found.
Don't forget fishing, which is possible on the beaches, in sea arms, and rivers.

Todo. Ubicación, limpieza, comunidad muy amable, piscina y horarios de esta, tranquilidad y cercanía al centro y la playa. Además tiene ventiladores de techo en todas las habitaciones y está totalmente equipado con todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia muy agradable. Los colchones y los sofás bastante aceptables para no ser los propios...

Nos ha encantado el lugar, nos gustaría que fuera un poco más barato, el piso estaba muy limpio y los accesos a la finca estupendos. Si nos es posible económicamente el año que viene repetiremos en esta playa.
