Los Delfines is a modern, low-rise residential building (no elevator) with spacious common areas, garage, swimming pool, garden, and tennis court.
It is located in the southern area of Xeraco beach, 60 meters from the sand. The apartment in question is on the second floor and has three double bedrooms, a full bathroom, a shower room, a kitchen with a utility gallery, and a living-dining room with access to a large, fenced south-facing terrace (with awnings). From this terrace, a staircase leads to a 65 m2 upper terrace for private use. It includes a parking space, has ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living-dining room, and offers WIFI service. Sleeps 6 people. NO PETS ALLOWED. Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bath towel/person, 2 hand towels/bathroom). This includes a linen change every two weeks.
We recommend bringing a small kit with cleaning/laundry supplies/various items.
A pressure cooker, blender, toaster, or hairdryer are not standard amenities.
If any of these are essential for you, don't forget to bring them! Key collection will take place at our offices, located at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 13:00 onwards.
It is possible to collect keys outside of office hours, provided it is requested in advance and the deposit has been paid.
Check-out and vacating the accommodation must be completed before 10:00 AM. Keys can be left inside the accommodation after consultation, or they will be returned to our offices.
Upon arrival, you will have two options to cover potential damages: either leave a €150 deposit, which will be refunded after the apartment inspection, or purchase non-refundable accidental damage waiver (insurance) for €28. The Xeraco town hall offers and manages a free public WIFI service along the entire Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside the apartments). Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service during high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, newsstands, a pharmacy, and many other services.
The gentle slope into the water is ideal for children and seniors.
It is a very family-friendly beach with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes.
During the low season, we recommend having a vehicle to get around the region, which offers many worthwhile cultural and gastronomic attractions.
There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and along the marshlands.
The latter is very popular among ornithologists.
L’Ahuir beach, a stretch of unspoiled beach without buildings, is undoubtedly another experience for visitors due to its environmental and ecological importance, where birds nest and native plants are found.
Let's not forget fishing, which is possible on the beaches, in sea inlets, and rivers.

(+) : Está bastante cerca del mar.
(-) : Tuvimos que comprar vasos porque solo había tres. Los cuchillos no cortan y también tuvimos que comprar un par. Es necesario instalar aire acondicionado o en su defecto dotar de más ventiladores el apartamento.
