The DELTAMAR residential complex is located at the southern end of Xeraco beach, first line with direct beach access.
It is a low-rise construction in Ibizan style, without an elevator, and features a lagoon-style swimming pool surrounded by 4,000 m² of gardens.
Optional underground parking spaces are available. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with a south-facing terrace equipped with awnings.
It has been fully renovated and includes air conditioning with a heat pump, mosquito nets, and partial sea views.
It features an open-plan kitchen, a utility gallery, a living-dining room, a full bathroom, and two bedrooms. Capacity for 4 people. GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE (under thirty years of age) ARE NOT ALLOWED. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bath towel/person, 2 hand towels/bathroom). A linen change every two weeks is included.
We recommend bringing a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various items.
A pressure cooker, blender, toaster, or hairdryer are not standard amenities.
If any of these are essential for you, don't forget to bring them! Key collection will take place at our offices, located at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 13:00 onwards.
It is possible to collect keys outside of office hours by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the security deposit.
Check-out and vacating of the accommodations must be done before 10:00 AM. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or they will be returned to our offices.
Upon arrival, you will have two options to cover potential damages: either leave a security deposit of €150, which will be refunded after the apartment inspection, or purchase non-refundable accidental damage waiver insurance for €28. The Xeraco town hall offers and manages a free public WIFI service along the entire Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside the apartments). Xeraco beach offers lifeguard services during high season, as well as a variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, newsstands, a pharmacy, and many other services.
The entry slope into the water is gentle, ideal for children and seniors.
It is a very family-friendly beach with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes.
During low season, we recommend having access to a vehicle to travel around the region, which offers many worthwhile cultural and gastronomic visits.
There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and along the marshlands.
The latter are very popular among ornithologists.
L’Ahuir beach, a stretch of unspoiled beach without buildings, recognized for its environmental and ecological importance where birds nest and native plants grow, is undoubtedly another experience for visitors.
Let's not forget fishing, which is possible on the beaches, in sea channels, and rivers.

El apartamento está en primera línea de playa y con vistas a una preciosa piscina. Está viejecito pero con todo lo necesario y es un primer piso sin ascensor.
Todo estaba muy limpio,cosa q se agredece mucho.
El agua de la ducha sale con mucha presión, y el agua caliente perfecta.

El apartamento muy cómodo y limpio, aunque el dormitorio principal es muy caluroso y se echa de menos el aire acondicionado en esa estancia.
La urbanizacion nos encanta, siempre repetimos. El servicio de la agencia como siempre genial.
