Melitini a stunning modern 7-bedroom villa conveniently located close to Chania, is set in 2,000 sq metres of landscaped gardens, adjoining a mature orange grove with wonderful views of the surrounding hills.
The villa has manicured gardens, a very large, chlorine free pool (82 square meters)and a poolside stone built BBQ, the prefect setting for day to night family and friends gatherings and alfresco dining.

There are two spacious living areas,a fully equipped kitchen and a large dining area, two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and 2 bathrooms in total, located on the ground floor.
All bedrooms and living area are air conditioned. The first floor has a double bedroom en suite with a shower. The second floor consists of 3 double bedrooms en suite with a shower. Within a short walk (200 meters) the sandy beach of Souda is located, and there are some of the best seafood and local food tavernas here too. The nearest supermarket is just 1 km away and nearby there are also all amenities, including two fresh fish shops. Chania town is a short drive from Melitini. Access to the main highway is in just 2 kms, and from there, all major sites and beaches can be reached.
