Miramar "K" is a rental apartment with a private pool and sea views located in a residential area of Cala Galdana.

On one level, you will find the living area.
Descending a few steps leads to a large terrace ideal as a solarium and for enjoying sea views.
On the top level are the pool with the sun lounger area and access to Cala Galdana beach.
The master bedroom features a double bed, a large built-in wardrobe, and a full bathroom equipped with a shower and hairdryer.
The other two double bedrooms consist of two single beds and a wardrobe in the first, and the second has a bunk bed with two single beds and a wardrobe.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, washing machine, and all necessary kitchenware.
The terrace is accessed from the living room.
The exterior of the house includes a large pool surrounded by sun loungers, and two areas for outdoor dining with outdoor tables and chairs, along with a barbecue area.
The rental apartment has a parking space and includes a washing machine, ironing board, and iron.
The property is also equipped with a safe, WiFi, and satellite TV.
Access is from the upper parking area via approximately 50 steps, and from the lower area leading to the beach path, there are 45 steps.
From the property's pool, it only takes 3 minutes on foot to reach Cala Galdana beach.
All bed linen and one set of bath towels per person are included in the price.
A change of all used towels is provided mid-week, and sheets are changed every 7 days with cleaning.

Nos alojamos una semana que se nos hizo corta. Estuvimos de maravilla con toda la familia. Todo estaba muy limpio y no faltaba de nada. La playa se encuentra a tan solo un par de minutos y es muy segura para los niños. Alquilamos coche y apenas lo utilizamos. Con la piscina y la playa cerca lo teníamos todo. Juan el encargado fue muy amable y servicial, gracias por todo.
