Mirarmar "K" is a flat for rent with private pool and sea views located in a residential area of Cala Galdana. Miramar stands out for its views and its location, as it is only a two minute walk from the beach.



The flat for rent in Menorca has a private swimming pool, three double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one of them en suite), living-dining room, kitchen, two large terraces, one of them with barbecue, a laundry room and parking space.



The property is distributed over three levels, on one level is the living area, down a few steps is a large terrace ideal as a solarium and to enjoy the sea views. On the top level is the swimming pool with sunbeds and the access to the beach of Cala Galdana.



The master bedroom has a double bed, a large built-in wardrobe and a complete bathroom with shower and hairdryer. The other two double bedrooms have two single beds and a wardrobe in the first one, and the second one has a bunk bed with two single beds and a wardrobe.



The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine and all the necessary kitchenware.



From the living room there is access to the terrace. The exterior of the house has a large swimming pool surrounded by sunbeds, two areas to enjoy outdoor meals with an outdoor table and chairs and a barbecue area.



The flat for rent has a parking space, washing machine, iron and ironing board for clothes. The property is also equipped with safe, WiFi and satellite TV.



The access is from the upper parking area by stairs of about 50 steps, and from the lower area that gives access to the path to the beach there are 45 steps. From the swimming pool of the property it is only a 3 minute walk to the beach of Cala Galdana.



All bed linen and one set of bath towels per person is included in the price. A change of all towels used during the week is provided and the sheets are changed every 7 days and a cleaning is carried out.

The area

The Cala Galdana urbanisation is one of the best known and most prestigious in Minorca thanks to its impressive beach located in the middle of high cliffs that border it and protect it from the wind, its fine white sand, its crystalline waters and its shell shape make it a true paradise.



Cala Galdana is a beach with all the necessary services such as lifeguards, sun beds, boat hire, restaurants, etc. The beach is ideal for small children who do not know how to swim or are learning to swim as the sea is not covered for the first 50 metres.



The urbanisation has a family atmosphere, is very safe and quiet, and in its commercial area there is a wide variety of shops, restaurants, supermarkets, bars, water and leisure activities such as boat hire, vehicles, kayaks, horse riding, cycling, etc. It is located in the middle of a natural environment, ideal for walks, for example along the Barranc d'Aljendar ravine or walking along the Camí de Cavalls and discovering Cala Mitjana (20 min walk), the charming and unspoilt beach of Trebaluger (45 min) or Cala Macarella (35 min walk).



A few minutes from the Villa there is a bus stop that offers a good service during the summer and reaches all the municipalities of the island, so car hire is not essential, although it is always advisable on an island like Menorca where there is a lot to see and especially if you want to access more easily to different outstanding corners and all the unspoilt coves.

HOW TO GET THERE

From Mahón Airport or Port (35min)
1. Take the Carretera General (Me-1) towards Ferreries, at the height of this town, after a small tunnel, you will find a roundabout where you have to take the third exit towards Cala Galdana (Me-22)

2. After 7 km, a roundabout will welcome you to Cala Galdana, at the entrance you will find our office, where you will usually meet your host.

3. Take the first exit and continue until you reach the Miramar dwellings.

From the Port of Ciutadella (25min)

1. Take the Carretera General (Me-1) towards Ferreries, at this village you will find a roundabout where you have to take the second exit towards Cala Galdana (Me-22)

2. Follow the previous points 2, 3 and 4.
