The property is distributed over two levels plus the swimming pool, on one level there are three double bedrooms with access to a terrace and a bathroom, down a few steps is the rest of the house, which consists of a large master bedroom, a bathroom and a spacious living-dining room that integrates the kitchen. This area gives access to a large semi-covered terrace with barbecue, ideal to enjoy all the meals outside and which can also be used as a solarium and to enjoy the sea views and the sunsets. On the top level is the swimming pool with sunbeds and access to the beach of Cala Galdana.



The master bedroom has a double bed and a large built-in wardrobe. The other three double bedrooms have two single beds and a built-in wardrobe in each room.



The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine and all the necessary kitchenware.


There is a full bathroom with bathtub on each floor of the property equipped with hairdryer.



From the living-dining room there is access to the terrace. The exterior of the flat for rent in Menorca is composed of a large swimming pool surrounded by sunbeds, one for enjoying meals outdoors with an outdoor table and chairs and a barbecue area.



Miramar L has a parking space, washing machine, iron and ironing board. The property is also equipped with safe, WiFi and satellite TV.



The access is from the upper parking area by stairs of about 40 steps, and from the lower area that gives access to the path to the beach there are 45 steps. From the swimming pool of the property it is only a 2 minute walk to the beach of Cala Galdana.



All bed linen and one set of bath towels per person is included in the price. A change of all towels used during the week is provided and the sheets are changed every 7 days and a cleaning is carried out.

The area



The Cala Galdana urbanisation is one of the best known and most prestigious in Minorca thanks to its impressive beach located in the middle of high cliffs that border it and protect it from the wind, its fine white sand, its crystalline waters and its shell shape make it a true paradise.



Cala Galdana is a beach with all the necessary services such as lifeguards, sunbeds, boat hire, restaurants etc. The beach is ideal for small children who do not know how to swim or are learning to swim as the sea is not covered for the first 50 metres.


The urbanisation has a family atmosphere, is very safe and quiet, and in its commercial area there is a wide variety of shops, restaurants, supermarkets, bars, water and leisure activities such as boat hire, vehicles, kayaks, horse riding, cycling, etc. It is located in the middle of a natural environment, ideal for walks, for example along the Barranc d'Aljendar ravine or walking along the Camí de Cavalls and discovering Cala Mitjana (20 min walk), the charming and unspoilt beach of Trebaluger (45 min) or Cala Macarella (35 min walk).



A few minutes from the Villa there is a bus stop that offers a good service during the summer and reaches all the municipalities of the island, so car hire is not essential, although it is always recommended on an island like Menorca where there is a lot to see and above all if you wish to have easier access to different outstanding corners and to all the virgin coves.

HOW TO GET THERE

From Mahón Airport or Port (35min)
1. Take the Carretera General (Me-1) towards Ferreries, at the height of this town, after a small tunnel, you will find a roundabout where you have to take the third exit towards Cala Galdana (Me-22)

2. After 7 km, a roundabout will welcome you to Cala Galdana, at the entrance you will find our office, where you will usually meet your host.

3. Take the first exit and continue until you reach the Miramar dwellings.

From the Port of Ciutadella (25min)

1. Take the Carretera General (Me-1) towards Ferreries, at this village you will find a roundabout where you have to take the second exit towards Cala Galdana (Me-22)

2. Follow points 2, 3 and 4.
