This villa rental in Menorca is a beautiful semi-detached villa with private pool offering total privacy. It has three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen with breakfast bar and a spacious outdoor garden area with sea views and enjoys peace and quiet, as well as a large swimming pool and a covered terrace for unforgettable evenings. Villa Belinda also has WiFi, centralised air conditioning in all bedrooms, the lounge and dining room and a safe.



The three double bedrooms are spacious and consist of two single beds and a large wardrobe. There are two bedrooms that share a family bathroom and the other double bedroom has a full bathroom. All rooms have central air conditioning. Both bathrooms have a large bathtub and a hairdryer.



The kitchen is fully equipped and has a fridge, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and all the necessary kitchen utensils. It also has a breakfast bar, very practical for breakfast. The dining area has a large table with chairs for all the guests and centralised air conditioning.



It has a utility room with a washing machine, clothes horse, iron and ironing board.



The living room has a sofa and two comfortable armchairs, a television with international channels and DVD. It has direct access to the pool area and the covered terrace, where you can enjoy al fresco dining on those warm, balmy summer evenings. The area



The urbanisation of Santo Tomas has a family atmosphere, very safe and quiet, in its commercial area there is a wide variety of shops, restaurants, supermarkets, bars, water and leisure activities such as car hire, kayaks, horse riding, cycling etc.. It is located in the middle of a natural environment, ideal for strolling along the Camí de Cavalls and discovering the beautiful and unspoilt Binigaus Beach (15 min) or Cala Escorxada (35 min walk).



A few minutes from the Villa there is a bus stop that offers a good service during the summer and reaches all the municipalities of the island, so car hire is not essential, although always recommended on an island like Menorca where there is much to see and especially if you want easier access to different outstanding corners and all the unspoilt coves.
