The three double bedrooms are spacious and consist of two single beds and a large wardrobe. There are two bedrooms that share a family bathroom and the other double bedroom has a full bathroom. All rooms have central air conditioning. Both bathrooms have a large bathtub and a hairdryer.



The kitchen is fully equipped and has a fridge, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and all the necessary kitchen utensils. It also has a breakfast bar, very practical for breakfast. The dining area has a large table with chairs for all the guests and centralised air conditioning.

The area



The urbanisation of Santo Tomas has a family atmosphere, very safe and quiet, in its commercial area there is a wide variety of shops, restaurants, supermarkets, bars, water and leisure activities such as car hire, kayaks, horse riding, cycling etc.. It is located in the middle of a natural environment, ideal for strolling along the Camí de Cavalls and discovering the beautiful and unspoilt Binigaus Beach (15 min) or Cala Escorxada (35 min walk).



A few minutes from the Villa there is a bus stop that offers a good service during the summer and reaches all the municipalities of the island, so car hire is not essential, although always recommended on an island like Menorca where there is much to see and especially if you want easier access to different outstanding corners and all the unspoilt coves.
