The rooms are composed of two bedrooms with double beds, one with two single beds and a single bedroom. All of them have a wardrobe and air conditioning.



The kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary to satisfy all culinary needs. It has a table for all the guests, a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and kitchenware.



The living room has two comfortable sofas and a flat screen satellite TV.



Villa Albe has a bathroom with a bathtub and another with a shower. Both have a hairdryer.




At the front of the villa for rent is a large Menorcan-style terrace with a large outdoor garden area, where there is a large marble table for up to eight people and an area with outdoor sofas where you can relax and watch the children play in the spacious outdoor areas.



At the rear is the swimming pool, a large barbecue and a lovely chill-out corner ideal for a drink by the light of the pool, candles and stars. The area, as well as offering total privacy, has six sunbeds, a table with garden chairs and an outdoor shower.



Villa Albe also has a washing machine, air conditioning in the living room, WiFi, music system, DVD, iron and ironing board and a drying area.



All bed linen and a set of bath towels per person are included in the price. A change of all used towels is provided on a weekly basis and bed linen is changed every 7 days and a cleaning is carried out.

THE AREA



The Cala Galdana urbanisation is one of the best known and most prestigious in Minorca thanks to its impressive beach located in the middle of high cliffs that border it and protect it from the wind, its fine white sand, its crystalline waters and its shell shape make it a true paradise.




Cala Galdana is a beach with all the necessary services such as lifeguards, sunbeds, boat hire, restaurants etc.



The beach is ideal for small children who do not know how to swim or are learning to swim as the sea does not cover the first 50 metres.



The urbanization has a family atmosphere, very safe and quiet, in its commercial area there is a wide variety of shops, restaurants, supermarkets, bars, water and leisure activities such as boat rentals, vehicles, kayaks, horse riding, cycling etc..


It is located in the middle of a natural environment, ideal for walks, for example along the Barranc d'Algendar ravine or walking along the Camí de Cavalls and discovering Cala Mitjana (15min walk), the charming and unspoilt Trebaluger beach (45 min) or Cala Macarella (35min walk).



A few minutes from the Villa there is a bus stop that offers a good service during the summer and reaches all the municipalities of the island, so car hire is not essential, although always recommended on an island like Menorca where there is much to see and especially if you want easier access to different outstanding corners and all the unspoilt coves.
