On this same floor there are two double bedrooms also equipped with air conditioning, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed and access to the terrace. All the bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and share a full bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer.



Also on this floor is the spacious and bright living room with air conditioning, which has two comfortable sofas and a television. The living room has access to the balcony that connects to the kitchen and enjoys beautiful views. It has a table and chairs ideal for enjoying meals outside. The independent and fully equipped kitchen has a fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all the necessary kitchen utensils.


On the ground floor there is another double bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe. Also on this floor there is a complete bathroom with bathtub. In this same space there is a large dining room equipped with air conditioning, an ideal area for barbecues. It has a typical Menorcan table where you can enjoy and eat with the whole family.



The exterior of the rental property has two terraces on two levels. Casa Playa has two comfortable armchairs and a garden sofa to enjoy the tranquillity and nature that surrounds the house, hammocks in the garden area and another area for barbecues with an outdoor table and chairs. On the upper terrace there are more hammocks to enjoy the sun and the privacy offered.

All bed linen and a set of bath towels per person are included in the price. A change of all towels used during the week is provided and the sheets are changed every 7 days and a cleaning is carried out.

The area



The Cala Galdana urbanisation is one of the best known and most prestigious in Minorca thanks to its impressive beach located in the middle of high cliffs that border it and protect it from the wind, its fine white sand, its crystal clear waters and its shell shape make it a true paradise.



Cala Galdana is a beach that has all the necessary services such as lifeguards, sunbeds, boat hire, restaurants, etc. The beach is ideal for small children who do not know how to swim or are learning to swim as the sea is not covered for the first 50 metres.



The urbanisation has a family atmosphere, is very safe and quiet, and in its commercial area there is a wide variety of shops, restaurants, supermarkets, bars, water and leisure activities such as boat hire, vehicles, kayaks, horse riding, cycling, etc. It is located in the middle of a natural environment, ideal for walks, for example along the Barranc d'Aljendar ravine or walking along the Camí de Cavalls and discovering Cala Mitjana (20 min walk), the charming and unspoilt beach of Trebaluger (45 min) or Cala Macarella (35 min walk).



A few minutes from the Villa there is a bus stop that offers a good service during the summer and reaches all the municipalities of the island, so car hire is not essential, although it is always advisable on an island like Menorca where there is a lot to see and especially if you want to access more easily to different outstanding corners and all the unspoilt coves.

How to get there?



From Mahón Airport or Port (35min)


1. Take the Carretera General (Me-1) towards Ferreries, at the height of this town, after a small tunnel, you will find a roundabout where you have to take the third exit towards Cala Galdana (Me-22)

2. After 7 km, a roundabout will welcome you to Cala Galdana, where you will usually meet the host.

3. Take the second exit .

4. After about 250 metres turn left where you will find the entrance to Casa Playa



From the Port of Ciutadella (25min)

1. Take the Carretera General (Me-1) towards Ferreries, at this village you will find a roundabout where you have to take the second exit towards Cala Galdana (Me-22)

2. Follow points 2, 3 and 4.
