Modern and luxurious villa, located in Ericeira with 225 m2, featuring 4 bedrooms and accommodating up to 9 people.
On the ground floor, it offers a living room with sofas, TV, and fireplace; a dining area; a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle; one bedroom with a double bed; and a bathroom with a bathtub.
On the first floor, there are two suites with double beds and their respective bathrooms with showers, and one suite with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower. Outside, there is a terrace on the upper floor of the house, and on the lower floor, there is a garden, heated swimming pool, barbecue, and dining area. It also includes an iron, internet access (Wi-Fi), hairdryer, washing machine, closed garage, and a space within the garage with a sofa, some exercise machines, and a desk. It is located 1.5 km from Baleia and Sul beaches and 1.5 km from the center of Ericeira. The house has a video surveillance system that is turned off when guests are present.
For this reason, no cameras will be in operation. Note: We would like to inform you that for stays longer than 28 nights, the total consumption of electricity, water, and gas included in the price is €150/month.
Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of these consumptions exceeds this amount, the remaining balance will be the guest's responsibility and will be charged at the end of each month. We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, implemented as a nightly accommodation tax for all short-term rental properties (AL).
The amount of this tax is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at a unit rate of €2.40 during the high season (May 1st to October 31st) and €1.20 during the low season (November 1st to April 30th).
Payment of this tax is not included in the accommodation fee and must be paid in cash upon check-in.
The amount of this tax is subject to annual changes by the Mafra Municipal Council, so there may be alterations to the presented values.

Es war unser erster Aufenthalt in Portugal und wir sind begeistert. Das Haus ist super komfortabel, wenn auch langsam etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das sollte durchaus mal wieder Investiert werden, z.B in eine Klimaanlage. Das Team von Casa das Casas war super freundlich und zuverlässig. Ericeira ist ein toller Ort und man kann von dort aus viel unternehmen
