It has a living room with sofas, TV, fireplace and dining area, two suites with double beds, one suite with a double bed and a single bed, one suite with 2 single beds, two bathrooms with bath, two bathrooms with shower, a guest bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.

Outside there is a terrace on the upper floor of the house, and on the lower floor there is a garden, heated pool, barbecue and dining area.

It also has an iron, internet access (Wi-Fi), hairdryer, washing machine, closed garage and a garage area with a sofa, some exercise machines and a desk.

It is located 1.5 km from the beaches of Baleia and Sul and 1.5 km from the centre of Ericeira.


The house has a video surveillance system which is, however, switched off when it is occupied by guests. For this reason, no cameras will be in operation.

We would like to inform you that, for stays of more than 28 nights, the total amount of electricity, water and gas consumption included in the price is 150€/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of these consumptions exceeds this amount, the remainder will be the responsibility of the guest, and they will be charged this amount at the end of each month.

We would also like to inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, instituted in the form of an overnight stay tax in all LA properties. This tax is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at a unit value of €2.40 in the high season (1 May to 31 October) and €1.20 in the low season (1 November to 30 April). Payment of this fee is not included in the amount charged for accommodation and must be paid at the time of check-in in cash. The amount of this tax is changed annually by the Mafra City Council, so there may be changes to the amounts shown.
