The accommodation includes an umbrella and two chairs in the beach below the building. Located in the center of Lido Pomposa, served by numerous shops and right on the sea with direct access to the private beach from the common area, is ideal for families with children and for those who want to spend the holidays without using transportation.

The perfect location allows you to sit and relax on the balcony to admir beautiful sunrises. BEDS The apartment has a maximum of 4 beds for adults and 2 children on the sofa bed. ANIMAL HOSPITALITY Only one pet per accommodation is allowed on request, at a cost of € 5.00 per night.

The accommodation must be tidy and clean (including the removal of any rest of food, cleaning of cutlery, kitchen utensils, disposal of waste, etc.). If it is not done correctly, a cost of € 90.00 will be charged. The final cleaning service can be requested by the guest at the time of booking or at check-in at a cost of € 90.00. TOURIST TAX € 0.50 per person for each night up to a maximum of 14 consecutive nights. Children under the age of 12 are excluded from payment.
