Das Ferienhaus befindet sich ungefähr mittig in Perros-Guiric. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Haus hat zwei Terrassen, einen großen Garten, sowie eine Garage und Stellplatz.Das Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen.
