The apartment AKTIV offers space for 2 to 3 persons.
The apartment consists of

The apartment has a total area of approx. 35 m².
There is also a sitting area in front of the apartment with a view into the garden.

A safe, satellite TV and WLAN are free of charge. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Cleaning and visitor's tax are not included.

We are centrally located and offer apartments for an active or relaxing holiday in the heart of Carinthia. Our house offers the ideal starting point for mountain and cycle tours, bathing holidays, as well as excursions to Italy and Slovenia. The town of Villach, as well as the thermal baths and the spa centre Warmbad Villach are only a few km away. We are also centrally located for business travellers and offer modern, well-equipped apartments.

Arrival by train
When you arrive at Villach main station, there are several ways to get to us:
- Bus - Lines 1, 2, 9, 10 and 12 go in our direction. Stops within 5 minutes walking distance are Steirerhof, Hohlweg and Milesistraße / Schächtestraße (for detailed information, please refer to the homepage of the bus company: https://richard.at/kowatsch/).
- By train - here you can use the local S-Bahn and get off at Warmbad station. However, there is still a 20-minute walk to be taken.
