The ground floor is composed of a large space that is dedicated to conviviality: here you will find a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, oven, Italian moka, American coffee machine, toaster) and the dining room with dining table and stone fireplace.

A beautiful French window will allow you to directly access the garden.

Always on the ground floor there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

On request there is the possibility of a bedroom with a single bed. On the first floor we find a beautiful living room with sofas, armchairs and Sat TV.

Next to the living room, you will also find a kitchen with an oven, a refrigerator and a stove.

Completing the first floor is the sleeping area with 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower.

On request it is also possible to have a room with a single bed. An internal wooden staircase will take you to the third and top floor, composed of a living room with sofas and a kitchenette with fridge and hob.

From the living room you reach the last double bedroom with private ensuite bathroom with shower. The whole villa has free wi-fi and window screens.
