Casa Maria Nuova has been recently restored making it functional but respecting the tradition by using local materials such as serena stone, chestnut wood and ancient terracotta floors. Comfortable Tuscan style furniture complete the accommodation making them pleasant and elegant.

You access the ground floor directly from the garden: here you can find the living area composed of a spacious living room with fireplace and sofas, a beautiful dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the garden. A utility room and a bathroom with shower complete the ground floor.

On the first floor you find the sleeping area which you reach through a beautiful internal staircase or directly from the outside complete with loggia.

The first floor is composed of a small living room with sofa, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom (convertible into a double room if necessary). A bathroom with shower completes the sleeping area.
