The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home, while a cosy double bedroom and a guest toilet complete this floor. The first floor features a bright and spacious master bedroom with a large double bed, a dedicated workspace with a desk, ample wardrobe space, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath. On the top floor, there is a generous twin bedroom with two single beds and a second bathroom with a modern walk-in shower. Refundable deposits are required for any damage to the property or contents, which will be refunded 48 hours after checking out by bank transfer, so we will request your bank details (full name, name and address of the bank, IBAN, SWIFT or BIC number) either before or on arrival. Bookings are also taken for December to March.
Long winter rental prices on request. The heating of this property is by gas; the cost is 10 euros per night, which is not included in the booking price, so it should be paid on the check-in day. All garbage must be removed from the house before you leave on the checkout day, or there will be a 50€ extra charge. Cribs are available upon request for €15, and high chairs can also be provided upon request for €10.

- the room upstairs needs curtains for the 3 small windows.- the shower on the first floor needs a shower head holder.- the television wasn’t connected to a receiver.- if you ask the guests not to leave garbage in the house, you should let them know where to leave it.

The apartment was in a great location and had all the amenities you could wish for just a little note that there was a lot of steps up to the apartment and the bedrooms were on 3 floors which meant there was a lot of steps up to the top bedroom which gave us a bit of a task trying to get heavy cases up the stairs other than that it was a really good trip.
