Some of the best sea views in Mallorca are from this villa, located in the La Mola area of Port d’Andratx.
The 150 square meter house is spread over three levels.
On the main level, you'll find a lounge and dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows offering sea views, connected to a spacious, fully equipped kitchen.
Also on this level are a formal dining room, a bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom. The lower level features a second lounge with doors leading to the terrace, and a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
The bedroom doors also open onto the terrace.
From this lounge area, there is access to the fourth bedroom/library with one single bed. The master bedroom is located on the upper level with an en-suite bathroom.
This bedroom opens onto an amazing terrace with open views of the bay in one direction and the port and mountains to the other.
Comfortable chill-out sofas and chairs are provided for relaxing and enjoying a drink while admiring the beautiful scenery. Outside, various terraces offer sun loungers and a dining table.
Enjoy the 25 square meter private pool and an outdoor shower to cool off from the Mallorcan sun.
The villa is equipped with air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room.
WiFi is available throughout the villa.
A portable gas BBQ, a safe, and an alarm system are provided.
For winter stays, there is diesel central heating. *IMPORTANT: Check-ins between 9 PM and 10 PM incur a 50 euro late check-in fee.
Check-ins after 10 PM incur a 100 euro late check-in fee.
