Located directly in the vacation park OstseeResort Olpenitz, the accommodation is only a short walk from the Baltic Sea beach and the sailing boat harbor of Olpenitz. The rooms are located on the first floor, the bedroom is equipped with a cozy box spring bed.
The wood-burning stove in the combined living and dining area makes for cozy hours.
There are two flat screen TVs in the cottage.
The terrace is a great place to have breakfast when the weather is nice.
Garden furniture, parasol, sun loungers and a barbecue are available here, so you can enjoy barbecue evenings together. Insect screens are available on the bedroom windows, bathroom window and kitchen window.
The cottage is equipped with a telecom connection and 2 smart TVs. Especially in the cold season, you can warm up again in the in-house infrared heat cabin after a long walk on the beach and then make yourself comfortable in front of the crackling fireplace.
For your comfort on vacation, a washing machine as well as a clothes horse is ready for you.
A hairdryer is available in the bathroom. Since the houses are located directly on the coast, we ask for your understanding that the terrace furniture is only available in the summer half of the year; in the winter half of the year you will be safely stowed away due to the often strong wind. Please note that fishing is not allowed in the harbor basin. ***Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction.
Due to the houses under construction, the exterior layout as well as the building density may constantly change and deviate from the photos shown.

Schöne Woche in Olpenitz. Wetter super! Haus auch.Alles drin ,was man braucht.Kann ich nur empfehlen. Jemand sagte das Bett ist durchgelegen.Kann ich nicht bestätigen, es handelt sich um ein Boxspringbett , die sind weich aber fest.Alles prima!!

Ein schönes Haus, sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet - wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Schön ist die Nähe zum Strand, schade ist, dass es fußläufig nur ein Restaurant gibt. Wegen der teuren Endreinigung sollte man mind. 4-5 Tage buchen.
