In the area, you will find numerous restaurants, bars, and cafes frequented mainly by residents, as well as an interesting presence of urban art that gives the neighborhood a special character. House Rules Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Please maintain order and cleanliness during your stay. Please respect the common areas of the building (stairs and hallway), keeping them clean and walking through them quietly. Excessive noise, loud music, and parties are strictly prohibited. In case of complaints from neighbors due to noise or inappropriate behavior by any member of the group, the owner reserves the right to expel guests from the accommodation at any time, without refund of the booking amount. Booking Conditions A security deposit of €250 will be held during your stay, which will be returned after check-out once the apartment has been inspected.
In case of damage to the property, loss of keys, or if trash is left behind or the apartment is left in an inadequate state of cleanliness, applicable charges may be applied and will be deducted from the deposit if necessary. Check-in time: from 2:00 PM. Check-out time: until 11:00 AM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability. The number of guests may not exceed the maximum capacity of the apartment indicated in the booking. Additional Information The apartment is located in a resident-access restricted zone (ACIRE). If you plan to arrive by car, Priority Villas agency will manage the circulation permit with the City Council.

his apartment is in a fantastic location, within the old city but close to main city and transport centre. Everything is new and clean in the apartment. The only problem was the shower head was broken, but I am sure the owners are going to fix this shortly.

the appartment is charmant and comfortable. We enjoyed the terracy. Nice to find there coffee , tee, sugar and the ingredients to make salad. The location is perfect, near to the sea and around nice ancient wonderful buildings. we enjoyed our stay there.
