- Please maintain order and cleanliness at all times.



- You must take care of the rubbish generated during your stay. Please separate your rubbish into the appropriate containers and place it in the designated place.



- Use the air conditioning and/or heating responsibly. Turn it off when you are not at home or when it is not necessary. Also be sure to close windows and doors so that hot or cold air does not escape.



- No parties or events are allowed in the house. If you wish to have visitors, please do so in moderation and respect the house rules.




- Visitors must pay a deposit at the time of arrival of 500,00 Euros (in cash), to be returned on departure.



- Tourist Tax: 2,2€/adult/night to be paid on arrival in cash.
