2.Portals Nous marina: The marina is about a 10 minute walk from the house. It is an ideal place to take a stroll and enjoy the boats and yachts that are in the port, have an ice cream or enjoy one of the cafes/restaurants.



3.Golf Bendinat: The Bendinat golf course is located about 5 minutes by car from the house. It is an 18-hole golf course with spectacular sea and mountain views.




4.Katmandu amusement park: This amusement park is located about 5 minutes drive from the house. It is an ideal place to enjoy family fun rides and shows.

*This property is located in a residential area, therefore only families or groups of responsible people who want peace and quiet will be accepted, no groups of young people will be accepted.

- You must take care of the rubbish generated during your stay. Please separate your rubbish into the appropriate containers and place it in the designated place.



- Use the air conditioning and/or heating responsibly. Turn it off when you are not at home or when it is not necessary. Also be sure to close windows and doors so that hot or cold air does not escape.



- No parties or events are allowed in the house. If you want to have visitors, please do so in moderation and respect the house rules.
